Care Tips
Skin
care: Wrinkle information!
Wrinkle Softener:
Take a little almond oil or sesame
oil on your finger tip and apply it
to your laugh lines (or frown lines)
in the morning before applying your
moisturizer. Take a short break; come
back and pat the excess oil off before
applying moisturizer and makeup; Do
this as often as you can. It softens
lines and makes a quick visual difference.
Natural
Wrinkle Tightener: Take the white
of an egg and apply a thin layer over
your face using your fingers. Go about
your business speechless & expressionless
for about 20 minutes or until it dries.
Remove with lots of cold water. If
you have time do this once a week.
It works great!
A
Natural Way to Exfoliate: Seal Salt
will remove dry flaky, dead skin.
Wet face (or anywhere on the body—good
for elbows), apply a couple of tablespoons
of sea salt then gently massage with
a wet wash cloth or fingers. Focus
on T-zone and cheeks, avoiding the
eye area. After one or two minutes,
rinse with tingling cold water to
tighten pores. You can do this up
once a week. This is important to
do regularly to keep the skin healthy.
A
Natural, Exfoliating Face Peel, Rub
half of a grapefruit or lemon with
most of the pulp removed gently over
your face for a minute or two then,
rinse. If this feels too strong try
rubbing cucumber slices –a much
milder version –over your face
the next time. This can be done once
a week.
Homemade
mask & pore cleaner: This treatment
is like oatmeal cookies for your face,
without the calories. Mix into a paste
a little honey, oatmeal & finely
chopped almonds. Wet your finger and
apply gently in a circular motions,
onto the T-zone and (only if your
skin is oily) cheeks. Leave this on
for 20 minutes. Remove with wet fingers
and tepid water, again using circular
motions. Finally, rinse in cold water
with a washcloth containing six or
so ice cubes to recluse pores and
stimulate circulation.
